System One Travelcards are universally accepted by more than 40 local bus companies, meaning you can travel seamlessly across Greater Manchester, hopping on and off as many buses as you want to.

So for example, if you live in Bolton but work in Stockport you’ll need to change bus companies to get to work, meaning you can save money with a System One Bus Saver.

Likewise a System One travelcard makes sense if you’re a student living in the north of Manchester but studying at the University of Manchester or the Royal Northern College of Music, as you’ll need to change bus companies or from tram or train to the bus to get there.

All bus companies offer their own range of day, weekly and monthly tickets which give you unlimited travel on any of their specific services. However, if you need to change bus companies to make your journey, then you can save money with a System One travelcard.
