All the rail companies operating across Greater Manchester accept System One Travelcards. You can also buy System One County Card (for use on any bus and train) and DaySavers from main rail stations.
All train companies offer their own range of day, weekly and monthly tickets which will give you unlimited travel on rail services. However, if you need to change from rail to bus and/or tram to make your journey, then you can save money with a System One travelcard - here's how:-
County Card - gives unlimited travel on any bus and train across Greater Manchester and includes city zone tram travel. 7 day, monthly and annual versions on sale at rail stations and GMPTE Travelshops. (Rail photo ID required).
Buscard Extra - add on unlimited bus travel to your rail season ticket for less than £1 a day! (Value of rail season ticket must be £11.20 for 7 days, or £44.00 for 28 day/monthly). Rail photo ID required.
