E-Bus Savers purchased via this website

We’re sorry but System One (Greater Manchester Travel Limited – GMTL) doesn't replace lost or stolen 28 day E-Bus Savers. (See our ‘Online terms and conditions of sale’). However, if you've lost (or had stolen) your annual Bus E-Saver, then we will replace it. Please send an email stating your name, membership and telephone number to:- customerservices@systemonetravelcards.co.uk

Please note this only applies to E-Bus Saver Annual purchased via this website.

Travelcards purchased at TfGM Travelshops or PayPoint shops

We're sorry but System One (GMTL) doesn't replace lost or stolen one day, weekly, 28 day or monthly travelcards.

However, if you've purchased your annual Bus Saver at a TfGM Travelshop and have lost it (or had it stolen), then we will replace it. Here’s what you need to do:-

  • Get a lost or stolen crime reference number from your local police station
  • Provide proof of purchase (TfGM Travelshops issue a receipt when you buy an annual travelcard)
  • Write to TfGM at the address below, enclosing your crime reference number and proof of purchase
