buying your travelcard

At System One, our aim is to make it easy and convenient for you to buy your travelcard. Generally speaking therefore, these are your options:-

DaySavers
Buy from the bus driver, at rail stations or tram stop ticket machines

7 & 28-day Bus Saver
Buy at your local PayPoint shop. There are over 800 of them in Greater Manchester and they include GMPTE Travelshops, so you should be no more than about a mile from your nearest one. 

Please note: if you’re a new customer, you’ll need to get a System One membership photocard from a GMPTE Travelshop before buying your Bus Saver at your local shop.

Annual travelcards
Annual Bus Savers only available at GMPTE Travelshops. You'll need a membership photocard. County Card annual available from GMPTE Travelshops and rail stations. You will need either a System One membership photocard or a rail photocard.

County Cards
For bus & train (plus city centre tram zone) – buy at main rail stations or at GMPTE Travelshops. You'll need a rail photocard or System One membership photocard.

Buscard Extra (bus add on to rail or tram season ticket)
Buy at GMPTE Travelshops. You'll need a rail, tram or System One membership photocard.
